1. What are your wreaths made of?

All of our wreaths are crafted from natural grapevine sourced and shaped in the USA. Because grapevine is a natural material, each wreath will have its own unique shape, texture, and variation.

2. Do the wreaths vary in shape or color?

Yes — and that’s part of their charm.
Our wreaths may include:

  • Light variations in shape

  • Different vine densities

  • Occasional dried leaves or natural imperfections

These are normal and not considered defects.

3. Do you offer custom colors?

Yes! We offer hand-painted wreaths using premium Behr paint.
You can request:

  • Solid colors

  • Holiday tones

  • Metallics

  • Glittered / flocked finishes

Custom orders are non-returnable.

4. How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time depends on order type:

  • Standard wreaths: 5–10 business days

  • Custom-colored wreaths: 7–14 business days

  • Bulk or wholesale orders: Varies based on quantity (contact us for timelines)

5. How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and your location.

6. What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship through:

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Large wholesale quantities may ship via freight.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

8. Can I return my wreath?

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items.
To qualify, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include photos.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-colored wreaths

  • Bulk or wholesale orders

  • Seasonal items

  • Natural grapevine variations

9. My wreath arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please email office@mandmentinc.com within 5 business days.
Include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the wreath

  3. Photos of the box + shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or store credit.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours unless production has begun.
Custom and wholesale orders cannot be canceled.
