Return Policy

At American Wreaths, every wreath is handcrafted from natural grapevine, resulting in slight variations in shape, texture, and color. These natural characteristics are part of the charm and are not considered defects.

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items and must be notified within 5 business days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-colored wreaths

  • Made-to-order designs

  • Bulk or wholesale orders

  • Seasonal or special-release products

  • Items that show natural variations (shape, dried leaves, texture)

  • Used or displayed items

To request a return:

  1. Email office@mandmentinc.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the issue + packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
